Our mission
Vleesboek exists to give adults a respectful, consent-first space to express themselves, build community, and explore content that matters to them. We believe that adults deserve a platform designed around their agency — one that takes privacy, safety, and consent seriously, without compromising on warmth, craft, or humanity.
What Vleesboek is
Vleesboek is a private community platform for adults 18 and older. Members create profiles, share posts, photos, and video, join communities around shared interests, message each other, and follow the people whose content they want to see. The Service is designed for adults who treat each other with respect and dignity.
The Service is not a dating app, a marketplace, or a place for any content depicting minors. We do not allow anyone under 18 to register or use the Service.
What we value
Consent
Consent is the foundation of every interaction on the Service. From uploads to messages, consent is informed, voluntary, and revocable.
Privacy
Granular controls over your profile, content, and who can reach you. EXIF stripped from uploads. Sessions stored securely.
Safety
18+ enforced at signup and via verification. Urgent reports trigger immediate review. CSAM and NCII are removed and reported.
Transparency
Clear policies, content warnings on sensitive posts, and the ability to appeal moderation decisions.
How the Service is built
Vleesboek is built with a privacy-by-design approach. Some highlights:
- age verification at signup and additional verification for a Verified Adult badge;
- EXIF metadata stripped from every uploaded image;
- access-controlled media serving that enforces per-viewer visibility;
- granular privacy settings (profile, follower list, messaging, content);
- consent attestation required when uploading intimate or explicit media;
- content warnings and NSFW labeling for sensitive content;
- blocks and mutes with cascading removal of follows and connections;
- urgent-report handling that hides content pending review;
- audit logs for all moderation actions.

Vleesboek is for adults 18 and over who want to participate respectfully in a community that takes consent and privacy seriously. We welcome creators, photographers, writers, couples, communities, body-positive advocates, and any adult who shares our values.
