This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules you must follow when accessing and using Vleesboek. It supplements our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, and Consent Policy. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use the Service to:
- create and manage your personal account as an adult member;
- post, comment, react, and share content that complies with our policies;
- build and join communities around shared interests;
- connect with other members through private messages, with their consent;
- configure your privacy, content, and messaging preferences.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and you agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 18;
- use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- upload, post, or transmit any prohibited content described in our Content Policy;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or coerce any person;
- doxx or expose private identifying information;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- falsify identity or verification information;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, another member's account, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its servers, networks, or security;
- collect or store personal data about other members without their consent;
- resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service without our prior written consent;
- use the Service to distribute spam, scams, malware, or phishing;
- circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security, age-gating, or content-labeling feature;
- encourage or assist any other person to do any of the above.
3. Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create more than one personal account without our prior written consent, and you may not transfer your account to another person.
4. Consent & Adult Content
When uploading or sharing adult or intimate content, you must comply with our Consent Policy and Content Policy. You attest that all depicted individuals are adults who have consented to the creation and distribution of that content. You must respect withdrawal of consent and remove content promptly when consent is withdrawn.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- removal of content;
- restrictions on account features;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent termination;
- reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities where required.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation, please report it through the in-app report action or our takedown / report form. For urgent matters involving minors, contact local law enforcement and report to NCMEC's CyberTipline (or your local equivalent) immediately.
Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
