1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vleesboek (the "Service"), including the website, mobile interfaces, and any related services operated by Vleesboek ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Consent Policy, and Copyright / Takedown Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

The Service is strictly an adults-only community. You may only access or use the Service if you are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal right, capacity, and authority to enter into these Terms;
• you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law; and
• you understand that the Service contains adult-oriented content intended for adults only.

We do not allow minors on the Service. We use age-verification mechanisms at signup and may require additional identity verification for certain features. If you become aware that a minor is using the Service, you must report it immediately through the channels described in our Safety Center.

3. Account Responsibilities

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• maintain the security of your password and account;
• promptly update your information if any of it changes or becomes inaccurate;
• accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and
• not transfer or sell your account to any other person.

4. User Content & Conduct

"User Content" means any text, images, video, audio, links, or other material you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Vleesboek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, and distribute that User Content for the purposes of operating and providing the Service to you and other members.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and your conduct on the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Adult Content Rules

The Service permits consensual adult content created by and for adults. Adult content must comply with our Content Policy, Consent Policy, and Community Guidelines. In particular:

• all individuals depicted in any intimate or explicit content must be at least 18 years old and must have consented to the creation and distribution of that content;
• you must attest to having the rights and permissions to share any content you upload, including any third-party rights;
• you must appropriately label content with the relevant content warnings and NSFW markers; and
• you must respect withdrawal of consent and remove content when consent is withdrawn.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service to do any of the following, the full list of which is set out in our Community Guidelines:

• distribute, promote, or facilitate content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative manner, including CSAM;
• share non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any person;
• harass, threaten, intimidate, or coerce any person;
• doxx or expose private identifying information without consent;
• promote violence, terrorism, or hate against any group;
• distribute illegal content, including bestiality or incest content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• engage in spam, scams, fraud, or malware distribution;
• violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

7. Consent & Rights

Consent is the foundation of the Service. By uploading intimate or explicit content, you attest that you have obtained informed, voluntary, and revocable consent from every identifiable person depicted, and that you have the right to share that content on the Service. 8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software (excluding User Content), is owned by Vleesboek and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Vleesboek and the Vleesboek logo are trademarks of the Company.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or lawful.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Vleesboek nor its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities; these exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
